Dhanbad Electrical Works was established in 1942 at Dhanbad. In the Undivided State of Bihar as Electrical dealers of reputed brands of electrical products. Both Domestic and Imported. We went to become the biggest Electrical Contractors in the then State of Bihar.
We expanded with an office in Calcutta in 1952. By 1958, due to some internal reasons, we Closed down our Contract department and concentrated on industrial Electrical Products only.
1962 show us close down our Dhanbad operations and totally operate from Calcutta. We have vast experience in Trading & Marketing of Industrial Electrical Goods.
1984 show ourselves become a Private Limited Company.

Mr. RAMESHWAR LAL AGARWAL
Born in 1919 went on to found this coy in 1942 in Dhanbad, inspired by the freedom movement. Electricity had just started in the area and he thought of this to start his business. Dealing in Electricals, slowly he ventured on to Contracts to become the biggest Electrical Contractor in the undivided State of Bihar. Some health problems made him shut down the Contract Department in 1960 and move over to Calcutta.
His zeal in reaching the Zenith did not stop. He took his company to become one of the Leading & most relied upon Distributors of Industrial Electrical Products in The East. He left for the Heavenly abode at an early age of 65 in 1984.
